Australian stocks inch higher, CSL jumps
SYDNEY (MarketWatch) -- Australian stocks edged higher on Tuesday, with the benchmark S&P/ASX 200 index (AU:xjo) up 0.1% at 4,426.70. The health-care sector outperformed by a wide margin after CSL Ltd. (AU:csl)(US:cmxhy) jumped 6%.
