Small Business' Optimism Hits a Key Level
The 350,000-member National Federation of Independent Business reported on Tuesday that its Index of Small Business Optimism rose to 95.7 in the third quarter, the highest reading since fourth-quarter 2007, just before the onset of the Great Recession.
